SITE MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION - MAYO
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a Contractor and PSCS in building / civil engineering,
housing, commercial developments and public works projects.
They are seeking to appoint a hands on Site Manager for a healthcare
project based i Castlebar with an immediate start
The Site Manager will be responsible for complete day to day
operations of their assigned site.
Daily duties include the coordination and supervision of on site
personnel (approx * staff) and direct labour
trades.
Hands on setting out elements of works and ordering of materials.
Maintaining Standards of workmanship and daily progress
Safety and recording daily Time Sheet and Work Report
Liaising with Client and attend site meetings and control wastage
Liaising with Project Manager on day to day operations, Quantity
Surveyor on cost issues and compiling the Variation Log and monitoring
variations
REQUIREMENTS
Degree qualification with ca5 years experience working with main
contractors
Conversant with use of Total Station for setting out sites and
establishing levels
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication
skills
